Initial training for new franchise owners is covered in our 2-week training program held in our affiliate bakeries in Bucks County, PA. Our pre-opening training program covers comprehensive topics including daily operations, recipes and production standards, advertising and marketing, financial management and food safety, as well as systems to manage the overall business.
We offer additional training and support in your new bakery location once you are ready to open. We will continue to be available for ongoing support to ensure that you are prepared to run your own bakery in the local community you serve.
